MUTARS® Distal Humerus & Total Elbow
Modular megaprosthesis for the distal humerus and elbow joint, with constrained replacement of the humeroulnar joint — in tumors of the distal humerus and proximal ulna.

MUTARS® Distal Humerus & Total Elbow reconstructs the distal humerus and the elbow joint, with a constrained replacement of the humeroulnar joint. The distal humeral component is available in 60 mm or 30 mm resection variants.
For elbow reconstruction, the distal humeral component is combined with the proximal ulnar component (made of titanium alloy) and with the AGILON® stem, cemented or uncemented. The same platform also allows total elbow replacement (humeral and ulnar components) or proximal ulnar replacement.
As throughout the MUTARS® system, the modularity allows intraoperative adaptation to the amount of available bone, while the toothed connections ensure rotational adjustment.
- Tumors in the region of the distal humerus, with constrained replacement of the humeroulnar joint.
- Tumors in the region of the proximal ulna.
- Total replacement of the elbow joint (humeral and ulnar components).
Constrained joint
Constrained replacement of the humeroulnar joint of the elbow.
60 or 30 mm resection
Distal humeral component in two resection variants.
AGILON® stem
Combination with the proximal ulna and the AGILON® stem (cemented or uncemented).
Versatile platform
Covers the distal humerus, proximal ulna, and total elbow with the same components.
