End-effector robotic gait retraining — Morning Walk® supports body weight through a saddle, for safe and effective gait rehabilitation in neurological and orthopedic conditions.
Curexo
Curexo, Inc. is a medical robotics company from the Republic of Korea, based in Seoul, specialized in rehabilitation robots and surgical robots. Within the Ronda Medical portfolio, the Curexo area is presented together with complementary solutions and brands: Curexo, Xishan, Orthofix with the 7D Flash Navigation System and CGBIO.
Morning Walk® was developed together with Hyundai Heavy Industries and Taeha Mechatronics and received regulatory clearance (FDA) in December 2014. Unlike exoskeleton-type robots or those with a suspension harness, Morning Walk® partially supports body weight through a saddle, which allows fast on and off transfers (under 5 minutes), including directly from a wheelchair. Its efficacy is documented by clinical studies in stroke, ataxia, spinal cord injury, Guillain-Barré syndrome, brain tumors and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Ronda Medical provides access to Curexo solutions and to complementary brands in the portfolio — Xishan, Orthofix with the 7D Flash Navigation System and CGBIO — together with the technical support needed by medical teams.
